Zan had two first place finishes on the last day to nail down fourth place overall in a fleet of 135 competitors. During the 12 races, Zan also raced to a second, third and two fourths.
Younger brother Jesse won his age group and was 16th overall among 55 novices.
He also had two firsts as well as two fourths, a seventh and an eighth in the 12 races.
The wind blew above 10 knots on the last day after the three previous days had seen a breeze of between three and eight knots.
The regatta also involved 75 lasers with sailors from 11 countries competing.
The Orange Bowl is one of 14 junior Olympic Development regattas held in the United States.
WOMEN'S SOCCER BACK ON TRACK SOC Women's soccer back on track Inactive since the Konica Cup in November, women's football returns this Friday night with the first round of league games at BAA Field.
Last season's triple crown champions and the winners of the Konica Cup, Rude Girls, take on Wolves Girls in the 7.00 opener while BAA Royals clash with new team Prospect in the nightcap.
Wolves expect to have the services of a few college students while Rude Girls are hoping to continue their form of last season when they emerged as the league's top team.
BAA Royals and Prospect should be evenly matched in the second game. PHC Teasers, the fifth team in the league, have a bye on Friday, but will see action the following Friday when play switches to Devonshire Rec.
Games in the women's league will be held mostly on Friday and Saturday nights.
The All-Star game is scheduled for January 31 at Somerset.
