PHC Zebras v –Devonshire Cougars

Last year PHC need a point going into the match against Cougars on the last day, and coach Kyle Lightbourne leapt off the bench and got the goal in the dying stages of the match.

This year, roles are reversed with Cougars needing a win to seal their third league title in six years.

With the league leaders holing their own destiny for the rest of the season, no one can be blamed but themselves if they don't hold the lead until the end.

Skipper Steede and cousins Tumani and Moses will have to take matters into their own hands in order to get the job done. With a deep bench that holds a lot of scoring ability, Zebras must take their chances when they come.

Prediction: Cougars 2-1

Dandy Town v –Southampton Rangers

Town will be looking to keep their slight title hopes alive with a win against Rangers, knowing that anything but a win will see them no longer in the hunt.

With 'Double' dreams still a realistic possibility, their recent form has seen them get points from matches that had them down and out.

Raymond Beach will need to continue his scoring spree if they have any chance of clawing back from a three point deficit.

Rangers were beaten in midweek by Boulevard and will be looking to shake off that loss and continue their good league form.

They came back from a goal down last week at home to beat winless Colts 3-2.

Rohaan Simons scored in both games and will need to be at his best if his side is to be competitive in this. Keemo Smith marshalling the midfield will be the key to any success Rangers will get.

Prediction: Draw

North Village Rams v –Hamilton Parish Peppers

Village were unlucky to not come away with all three points last week against Dandy Town, when goalkeeper error caused the side to concede a goal on the last kick of the game.

With nothing to play for except the fact that they have to finish the fixtures, they will surely be looking to have fun and prepare for next term.

Peppers will be looking to end the season on a high although not looking for a repeat score line of the first meeting, in which they were demolished at Wellington Oval. Guaranteed top-flight football next year, the side could fall flat if they don't find something to motivate them.

Prediction: Village 3-0

Devonshire Colts v –Boulevard Blazers

Colts had a very encouraging outing last time out, leading 2-1 with less than 20 minutes to play before eventually losing 3-2 to Rangers.

Destined to finish bottom of the league, all their attention will be focused on the two-legged play-off tie they will have to win to preserve their league status.

Boulevard meanwhile will enter the game on a real high after their 3-1 thrashing of Rangers in the FA Cup. With any realistic hopes of the title already gone, a game against Colts will be an ideal way to warm up for their finals two games of the season against Dandy Town Hornets who they face in the league and the cup final.

Blazers will be without striker Angelo Simmons, who was sent off in the win over Rangers.

Prediction: Blazers 4-0
