Dandy Town v –Somerset Eagles

High-flying Dandy Town have seemed to have found their consistency at the right time.

Not only have their attacking problems from earlier in the season been rectified, but also the back four are giving them a solid foundation from which to challenge for the league title.

Somerset Eagles were unlucky not to come away with three points from the Devonshire Cougars last weekend and will look to carry that momentum into this match.

Eagles' defence has improved considerably since the start of the season.

But attacker Shakir Smith will have to step up this week in the absence of Keishen Bean who has returned to school.

This could be a highly entertaining game with a lot of goals.

Venue: St John's Field

Prediction: Dandy Town 2-1

Hamilton Parish v PHC

Both teams had surprise results last week for different reasons, with title challengers PHC losing and strugglers Hamilton Parish winning.

But this could be a mismatch if PHC put away their chances.

They lost to Rangers last time out but would have won but for their woeful finishing.

Hot Peppers are coming off a confidence-boosting win over Somerset Trojans on the road and will need to get their home form sorted out if they are to climb away from the relegation zone.

Jamie Smith has come to life since returning to the side and with Kaiya Darrell only weeks away from a return, the rest of the season looks more promising.

Venue: Wellington Oval

Prediction: 2-2

Somerset Trojans v –Devonshire Colts

A proverbial six-pointer as both sides need maximum points if they are to start pulling away from the drop zone.

Trojans had been sitting pretty in the top four heading into the break before they lost three on the trot and fell quickly into the relegation zone.

Last week's loss to Parish will surely be a shock to the system and they need striker Adrian Burrows to return to his best if they are to remedy their current problems.

For Colts, this is the right time to get out of their current rot and distance themselves from those just below them.

The problem for Colts seems to be their inability to take their chances, something they need to rectify, and quickly.

Venue: Somerset CC

Prediction: Trojans 3-2

Southampton Rangers v Boulevard

Rangers can beat any team in the league on their day, but are also capable of having a stinker if they don't show up.

Last week's win over PHC came courtesy of a late strike from new-boy Keith Jennings, and they will need to reproduce the same mettle if they are to be competitive in this.

Michael Parsons will look to chalk up his first win in his new position as head coach.

This match could a great chance for Blazers to get their title ambitions back on track.

Venue: Southampton Oval

Prediction: 1-1

North Village v–Devonshire Cougars

The defending champions will need to get something out of this if they are to remain in the title race, with crucial fixtures coming thick and fast.

While Cougars' performances have been mediocre as of late they will certainly be up for this one against fellow title challengers, Village.

The Rams have remained under the radar as other clubs exchange the top spot in the standings, but their march towards the top will need to begin now if they are to stay within touching distance.

Their win over Colts last weekend kept pace with Hornets and the loser of this one will be right behind the eight ball.

Venue: Bernard Park

Prediction: 1-1
