Summer League leaders Breakers chalked up their ninth win of the season after cruising past Public Works 36-19 at Bernard Park on Thursday night.Kirstin Saltus led Breaker’s victory charge with 15 points while Alfreida Dill chipped in with 11. Nikita Trott replied with 13 points in a losing cause for Public Works who slumped to their ninth loss of the season.Second placed PHC Lady Zebras also recorded a comfortable win after breezing past BMA 32-13 with Vernicka Symonds leading the way with 27 points. Cherie Manders netted 11 points for BMA who suffered their sixth loss of the season.Elsewhere, third placed PWC picked up their sixth win of the season courtesy of a hard fought 30-21 win over Family. Shawnette Perot led the scoring for PWC with 17 points while team-mate Jennifer Simmons added 16.Fourth placed Space Hoppers won by default over bottom team St George’s who have managed only one win so far this season.
