A volleyball fun day for all
The Bermuda Volleyball Association is gearing up for its 23rd annual Corporate Volleyball Tournament.
The BVA’s largest fundraising event, the tournament will be held on Saturday, May 7 at North Village Community Club.
A recreational, co-ed tournament for players of all levels the tournament open to BVA and non-BVA members and is intended to introduce new people to the sport, while providing companies the opportunity to participate in a sporting event together.
“We’re so proud to host the tournament for a 23rd year in a row,” Stacey Madeiros-Cooke, the BVA co-president, said.
“Not only is this event a huge benefit to companies that want their workforce to engage in an active day of team building, but this tournament is a vital component of our national team’s fundraising calendar.”
Each team will have six co-ed players and will compete on the grassy pitch of the North Village Community Club, with winning teams to be awarded prizes from the BVA.
