Warwick II on cusp of league title repeat
Warwick Workmen's Club II have all but retained their snooker league title after recording a 5-0 demolition of hosts Spanish Point Boat Club I on Wednesday night.
The visitors took an early lead when Henryk Marszalek beat rival Stewart Greenslade 64-17 in the first of their two-frame contest.
Steven Bremar, the Warwick captain, doubled his team’s advantage with a 51-48 triumph over Todd Dziak in the second frame.
