A cloudburst yesterday raised the Island’s water levels but rainfall for the year remains nearly a foot below the average.Bermuda recorded just over two inches of rain by nightfall, bringing our yearly total to 31.98in.However, average total rainfall for that date was 43.02in, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.
