A trip by Attorney-General Trevor Moniz to Miami for a conference cost about $1,700, according to the Ministerial travel website.

The Attorneys General of the British Overseas Territories Conference 2014 was held last autumn to discuss bribery, child protection and extradition, among other topics.

According to the website, Mr Moniz left the Island on November 11 and returned four days later.

The bulk of the costs were attributed to air travel and accommodation, with the expenses listed at $851.85 and $718.68 respectively.

Meanwhile, $85 was spent on ground transportation and $90 was spent on meals. No miscellaneous expenses were listed.
