The Public Accounts Committee, which had been due to convene tomorrow for continued discussions of the island’s airport redevelopment deal, has postponed the session until May 12.
The financial secretary, Anthony Manders, had been requested to bring the full airport development agreement to the meeting, with PAC chairman David Burt issuing a fresh summons for the agreement’s schedules to be provided.
However, Mr Manders is said to have had an accident, and is “resting comfortably” on a general ward at the hospital, according to a spokesman for the House of Assembly.
