Earlier this year Mr Fubler was announced as a PLP contender for Southampton East Central at the next General Election.

The appointment comes after the death of government senator Leslie Robinson, 57.

At the time of her death, the Premier, David Burt said: “She was a passionate advocate for our community, championing fairness and steady progress towards a fairer Bermuda in her roles as Junior Minister of Economy and Labour and Public Works.”
