Photograph arrangements for nomination day

With nomination day set for January 31, candidates who are unable to attend in person were urged to plan for their official photographs to be taken.

In a statement, the Parliamentary Registry Office advised that the nomination of candidates for the next General Election would take place at Mount Saint Agnes Academy school hall from 11am to 1pm.

Candidates who plan to send a proposer or seconder on their behalf must contact the Parliamentary Registrar immediately after nominations to arrange for their official photographs to be taken.

This step is “essential” to avoid delays in the ballot paper production process, the office added.

Nomination packages are available for download at elections.gov.bm

The Parliamentary Registrar can be contacted on 293-8683 or by e-mail at pro@gov.bm
