Flagstone Reinsurance Africa Ltd has had its outlook revised to negative from stable and been affirmed the financial strength rating (FSR) of A- (excellent) and issuer credit rating (ICR) of “a-” by AM Best Europe - Rating Services Ltd.The ratings reflect the company’s strong risk-adjusted capitalisation as well as the explicit support provided by its parent, Flagstone Reassurance Suisse SA (Flagstone Suisse), said Best.As such, Flagstone Re Africa has followed the rating change of the parent to negative from stable.
