Bermuda-based Endurance Specialty Holdings has declared a dividend of 31 cents per ordinary share, 48 cents per non-cumulative preferred shares series A and 46 cents per non-cumulative preferred shares series B.The dividend on ordinary shares will be payable on September 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 12, 2012. The dividend to Series A and Series B preferred shares will be payable on September 14, 2012 to the preferred shareholders of record on August 31, 2012.The company posted a $63 million second-quarter profit, reporting earnings per share of $1.48, beating analysts’ expectations by 35 cents.
