Premier Michael Dunkley and Economic Development Minister Grant Gibbons were last night among the guests at a brokers’ event hosted by insurer Ironshore and Iron-Starr at The Club on Bermudiana Road.

The original plan to venture out on luxury yacht The Venetian fell foul of the weather.

Iron-Starr is the result of the collaboration of Ironshore with Maurice (Hank) Greenberg’s CV Starr. More recently Brian Duperreault-led Hamilton Insurance Group has joined the partnership.

Ironshore’s chief executive officer Kevin Kelley and chief operating officer Mitch Blaser were there to meet the dignitaories, who also included Government Senator Jeff Baron.
