An educational conference designed to give market insights and practical information to insurance professionals is due to be held in Hamilton on Friday.

The 2016 Bermuda Insurance Market Conference, entitled “The Power of Prediction” and organised by the Bermuda Insurance Institute, will be hosted by Chubb.

Speakers include Leila Madeiros from the Association of Insurers and Reinsurers and Ross Webber of the Bermuda Business Development Agency. Overseas presenter, Libbe Englander, CEO at Pharm3r will discuss underwriting the life sector.

Panel discussions featuring local professionals include the cyber evolution, healthcare in Bermuda and another panel asks whether the golden age of casualty is ahead.
