Bermudian re/insurer Argo Group International Holdings Ltd is to hold its annual general meeting in a virtual format next month.

The decision to move away from an in-person meeting was prompted by moves to slow the spread of Covid-19, which include restrictions on public gatherings and travel.

The April 16 meeting will start at 11am Bermuda time at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ARGO2020.

Shareholders as of the close of business on March 2, 2020, the record date, are entitled to participate in the AGM.

To take part, shareholders will need the 16-digit control number included in the proxy materials delivered to them.
