Third Point Re ticker symbol to change after merger

Bermudian-based specialty reinsurer Third Point Reinsurance Ltd will change its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange to “SPNT” on completion of its merger with Sirius International Insurance Group Ltd.
The company will be known as SiriusPoint Ltd. The merger is expected to happen on or around February 26, subject to the satisfaction of all closing conditions.
