Argo Group to hold virtual AGM
Argo Group International Holdings Ltd is to hold its 2021 annual general meeting virtually.
Argo said the meeting, which would normally be held on-island, will be held virtually on May 6 at noon “due to the recent increase in Covid-19 infection rates in Bermuda, and the resulting mandatory stay-at-home order from the Bermuda Government”.
The Bermudian-based company said shareholders as of the close of business on March 15, the record date, are entitled to participate in the AGM. To participate, shareholders will need the 16-digit control number included in the proxy materials delivered to such shareholder.
A notice regarding the change of location of the meeting is being filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said. Additional information regarding the AGM, shareholder participation and voting is provided in the notice to the SEC.
