Strategic Risk Solutions president and chief executive officer Brady Young, has been named as the captive insurance industry’s most influential professional in the 2021 Captive Review Power 50 rankings.

The Captive Review Power 50 is an annual list of the 50 most influential captive insurance professionals from the last year, representing the best of the best of the captive industry.

The Power 50 honours captive professionals that excelled in 2020, who are champions of the captive insurance industry, dedicated professionals who are collegiate, innovative, committed, visible, and shown excellence over the past year.

Mr Young said: “I’m humbled to be recognised so highly within this great industry, but I consider this to be a team effort and I want to acknowledge the incredible team of people I am proud to call colleagues at SRS.

“2020 was a challenging year for all of us, but we were able to move forward with some of our expansion initiatives including the growth of our captive business in Europe”.

SRS, which has operations in Bermuda, as well as the United States, Europe, Barbados, Cayman Islands and South Africa, was also represented at number 26 on the Power 50 list by Derek Bridgeman, managing director, SRS Europe.
