Specialist global insurer Hiscox has appointed Vincent Prabis to the role of managing principal, Hiscox ILS, subject to Immigration Department and Bermuda Regulatory approval.

Mr Prabis will be responsible for spearheading the company’s ILS evolution, ensuring investor demands for high-quality, innovative and diversified solutions are met. He will also become a member of the Hiscox Re & ILS executive team and will report to Kathleen Reardon, chief executive officer of Hiscox Re & ILS.

Prior to joining Hiscox, Mr Prabis served as head of ILS strategies at SCOR Investment Partners where he oversaw the strategic direction of a well-diversified ILS business.
