Liberty Mutual summer interns gain experience
Five new interns joined two returning interns this summer at Liberty Mutual Bermuda.
The company said candidates underwent a competitive application and interview process and were hand selected by department managers to bring valuable support to their teams.
The programme is designed to develop the students’ interest in the insurance industry, engage them in real work, provide a sound understanding of the industry and showcase the varying career possibilities across departments within Liberty Mutual and the broader insurance industry.
One of the key goals of the programme is to equip the students with the necessary tools and confidence required to thrive in the corporate world.
Steve Horton, president, Liberty Mutual Bermuda said: “I am very excited to see our latest cohort of interns join and gain experience in the (re) insurance industry.
“We have a rich history of developing talent at Liberty and our success in training interns into full-time positions has been excellent.
“Furthermore, those who have moved into full time employment with us have had much success with increasing responsibility and promotions.”
