SRS opens captive insurance office in Paris
Strategic Risk Solutions, the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, has opened a new office in Paris.
The company said new SRS offices are popping up across Europe as the demand for captive management services continues to grow.
“Since our beginning we have always gone to where our clients want to go,” said Brady Young, SRS chairman and CEO.
"Clearly, many French companies want to ‘go home’ and operate their captive. We look forward to helping the domicile evolve in the future.”
Peter Child, SRS EU CEO, added: “It’s exciting to be opening another office in Europe, and to establish a foothold in Paris ahead of all of our direct captive management peers is a great endorsement of our teamwork and deep levels of professionalism.”
SRS Management, France is located at 42 Avenue de la Grande Armée, Paris 17.
SRS Europe has offices in Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta and Switzerland.
Because having a local presence for clients is crucial, SRS said, it also has company representation in the Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
SRS continues to see strong captive growth and increasing insurance management demand from innovative captive and commercial insurance and reinsurance ventures.
“I am very excited to start our journey in France and lead up a fully dedicated local service team to serve the French-based insurance and reinsurance vehicles in the best way,” said Maxime Schons, managing director, SRS.“
In addition to Bermuda and Europe, SRS has operations in the United States, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, and South Africa.
