Insurance veteran Lauren Dieterich has joined Arch Insurance North America as chief operating officer.
She reports to Brian First, president of Arch Insurance North America, and will be a member of the North American executive leadership team.
Ms Dieterich has more than 20 years of specialty insurance experience, most recently serving as head of operations and digital, surplus and specialty at Crum & Forster Insurance.
Arch Insurance North America, part of Bermudian-based Arch Capital Group Ltd, includes Arch’s insurance operations in the United States and Canada.
