Bermudian Nicole Mitchell has joined the board of directors of Xceedance, the Bermudian-domiciled global provider of digital transformation solutions, technology and analytical services to the insurance industry.

Ms Mitchell, a former Bermuda athlete, has more than 15 years of experience in the technology and re/insurance industries.

She serves as the chief enterprise architect at SiriusPoint, the global specialty re/insurer based in Bermuda.

Previously, Ms Mitchell served as head of business architecture at Hiscox, a British-based business insurer, and held a variety of roles at technology and reinsurance organisations.

As a member of the Xceedance board of directors, her responsibilities will include providing strategic guidance for the organisation as well as setting and measuring organisational goals for continued global expansion.

Ms Mitchell said: “I am pleased to be joining the board of directors of such an innovative organisation. Technology and reinsurance are key focus areas of my career, and as a member of the Xceedance board I can leverage my expertise in these areas to help position the organisation for continued growth and success.”

Ms Mitchell is an accomplished athlete, having represented Bermuda in international cycling competitions.
