Brulé joins Sompo International as chief risk officer

Sompo International, the Bermudian-based global provider of commercial and consumer property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, has appointed Emmanuel Brulé as chief risk officer.
Mr Brulé, who is based in Bermuda, most recently served as chief executive of Sanlam Pan Africa General Insurance in Casablanca, Morocco.
He previously held the position of deputy CEO at Saham Finances, also in Casablanca.
Mr Brulé has also worked at EB & Co in London, and spent 14 years with AIG in a variety of roles covering postings in London, Zurich and Paris, as well as working as a senior underwriter at Scor in Paris.
