Compre expands US operation
Compre, the Bermudian-headquartered international legacy group, has expanded its US operation with the appointment of seven US claims specialists.
The team will report to Bill Bouvier, claims director, North America.
To accommodate the additional staff, Compre said, it has moved its US headquarters to new offices in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Four of the recruits formerly worked at RiverStone, where Mr Bouvier was employed before joining Compre in September last year.
The company said Kim Barber has 28 years of industry experience, the last 12 working in RiverStone’s claims division.
Kathleen D’Andraia has 15 years of industry experience and was previously a senior claims analyst at RiverStone.
Jeremy Klebes, a nine-year industry veteran, was previously an assumed claims analyst at RiverStone.
Elizabeth Wright, who has 25 years of industry experience, previously held various senior claims roles at RiverStone.
Fifteen-year industry veteran Jim Krejci was most recently a senior technical claims specialist at Liberty Mutual.
Anna Moh, who joins from KB Insurance, has ten years of industry experience.
Hilda Trujillo joins from Sedgewick with 35 years of industry experience.
Mr Bouvier said: “I’m thrilled to welcome this extraordinarily talented group to Compre, which brings a broad array of technical expertise and experience across multiple business lines.
“The team includes practising attorneys, environmental consultants, operations managers and TPA (third-party administration) managers, all of whom will be hugely beneficial to Compre as it continues to grow.
“The cultural alignment between them and Compre is also exceptional and reinforces our values, particularly our customer-orientated ethos.
“I am very excited to work with them and look forward to making further announcements as we build our outstanding team.”
Compre, a legacy specialist with more than 30 years of experience in the acquisition and management of discontinued and legacy non-life insurance and reinsurance business, has operations in Bermuda, Finland, Germany, Malta, Switzerland, Britain, the US and at Lloyd’s.
