Conduit Holdings Ltd, the ultimate parent company of Bermudian-based Conduit Re, has appointed Stephen Redmond to its board as a non-executive director.

The company said Mr Redmond’s extensive insurance and reinsurance experience includes a stint as managing director of Antares Managing Agency Ltd, and active underwriter of Antares Syndicate 1274.
