Mayur Doshi is the new head of North America treaty casualty at Everest Reinsurance, the reinsurance division of Everest Group, Ltd.

He will be reporting to Jiten Voralia, head of North America treaty reinsurance for the Bermudian-based reinsurer.

“Mayur’s business acumen, coupled with the depth of his underwriting expertise makes him the ideal leader to support our continued evolution as a preferred partner,” Mr Voralia said.

“He brings a strong vision for the future of our treaty casualty team that will enhance the business and drive success in the years to come.”

Mr Doshi joined Everest in 2019 as vice-president, United States treaty casualty, from The Navigators Group.

“He is a proven leader whose deep industry expertise will continue to bring the highest level of service and support our clients and brokers needs in today’s dynamic casualty market,” said Jill Beggs, reinsurance executive vice-president and chief operating officer.

“We continue to invest in the strength of our leadership team, positioning seasoned experts in key roles who understand the diverse risk-management demands of our clients and brokers.”
