Katherine Park joins HSCM
Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd, which does its insurance and reinsurance business as HSCM Bermuda, has appointed Katherine Park as the head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations.
The company said Ms Park brings a wealth of capital markets and investor relations expertise to the HSCM team with more than 20 years of debt and equity advisory experience, working with alternative investment managers and public and private companies ranging from early-stage to complex global institutions.
Prior to joining HSCM, she served as the head of business development at several early-stage investment firms.
Previously, at Goldman Sachs, Ms Park launched and led the US fund and private capital raising businesses for the firm’s investment banking and securities divisions.
HSCM said her diverse professional background includes strategy consulting with Bain & Company and brand management at L’Oreal.
Ms Park is an alumna of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
