Joseph Madigan in new posting at Axa XL

Bermudian-based Axa XL has appointed Joseph Madigan as chief underwriting officer for its North American Environmental Insurance business for Middle Market.
Previously head of Environmental for the East Region for Axa XL, Americas, Mr Madigan joined Axa XL’s Environmental insurance business in 1998.
He is based in Pennsylvania, and reports to Matthew Waters, head of Middle Market, Americas.
