Axa XL appoints Schiffer to North American role

Axa XL Reinsurance has appointed Greg Schiffer as chief executive North America, Reinsurance.
Renaud Guidée, chief executive, Axa XL Reinsurance, said: “Our clients across North America rate highly the value brought to them by Axa XL Reinsurance.
“Yet I am convinced we can do even more for them, as we expand our offering, deepen our relationships and put our best-in-class capabilities to work at their service.
“I am confident that with over 30 years’ experience in the North American market across multiple lines and a deep understanding of the needs of our clients, Greg has all that it takes to lift our business in the region up to the next level.”
Mr Schiffer will take up his role on November 11.
