Bermudian-based Axis Capital is to expand its use of Mea Platform’s generative artificial intelligence to deliver operational efficiencies while enhancing the speed and service that it provides to its customers.

London-based Mea announced the renewal and expansion of its strategic partnership with Axis.

Using Mea’s Gen-AI-powered global solution, the company said, Axis will be able to simplify processes by automating essential activities in submission clearance.

It said this will reduce the need for manual processes and workarounds, decreasing the time and resource traditionally required to manage inbound submission flow.

Previously, Axis had utilised Mea’s Gen-AI across new business submissions.

“At Axis we are focused on leveraging the transformative power of artificial intelligence to improve outcomes for customers, business partners, team-mates and shareholders,” said Steve Lord, global chief information officer at Axis.

“The renewal and expansion of our partnership with Mea Platform enables us to further enhance how we support our customers.”
