Mike Karmilowicz resigns from top post at Everest Global

Mike Karmilowicz has notified Everest Group Ltd of his decision to resign from his role as chairman, Everest Global Insurance, the company has revealed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The insurance industry veteran began his tenure in the post in March.
He spent more than nine years at Everest in a variety of leadership roles after earlier stints at Zurich Financial Services, The Hartford and Reliance National.
Mr Karmilowicz has changed his LinkedIn page to refer to himself as a self-employed/freelance global insurance executive with a start date of December 2024.
Everest did not respond to a request for comment by press time.
