Risk Summit to open with powerhouse panellists
Leaders of four Bermudian-based insurance and reinsurance powerhouses are to discuss how to navigate global risk on the opening panel of the Bermuda Risk Summit next month at the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club.
The event, presented by the Bermuda Business Development Agency, is set for March 10 to 12 with the theme “Redefining Resilience”.
The conference kick off panel features Stephen Catlin, founder and executive chairman of Convex Group; Mark Cloutier, executive chairman and group chief executive of Aspen Insurance Group; Nicolas Papadopoulo, chief executive of Arch Capital Group; and Kathleen Reardon, chief executive of Hiscox Re & ILS.
The BDA said panellists will share their perspectives on how their businesses are navigating an increasingly complex global risk environment while supporting economies around the world.
The panel, “Navigating Global Risk: Insights from Industry Leaders”, will be moderated by John Huff, chief executive and president of the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers.
He said: “From geopolitical instability to inflationary pressures and increasing climate-driven catastrophes, the risk landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace.
