Arcadian Risk Capital Ltd, a Bermudian-based managing general agent, has promoted Paul Connor to group chief operating officer.

Based out of Dublin, Ireland, Mr Connor joined Arcadian in 2021as chief risk officer. Prior to joining Arcadian, he was a senior actuarial director at Deloitte.

Prior to this, he held numerous actuarial positions, including chief actuary structured reinsurance at Canopius and chief pricing actuary, global insurance, at Alterra.

Mr Connor holds a Bachelor of Science from Trinity College Dublin
