Chubb has launched Chubb Life Bermuda as part of its strategy to deepen capabilities and expand its offering for private wealth clients.

Chubb Life Bermuda, through Chubb Tempest Life Reinsurance Ltd, now offers direct life insurance solutions for high-net-worth individuals, including life protection, savings and investment-linked products.

The firm said this expansion builds on more than 40 years of operating experience on the island.

“As global wealth continues to grow, so does the demand for sophisticated wealth preservation and legacy planning solutions,” said Chris Wiseman, Chubb’s Bermuda regional chief financial officer. “Our expanded offering reflects Chubb’s long-term commitment to the private wealth segment and reinforces our ability to serve clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional needs through tailored, globally connected solutions.”

Chubb Tempest Life’s consolidated balance sheet holds more than $17 billion in shareholder’s equity and $35 billion in total assets at December 31, 2025. It is rated A++ by AM Best and AA by S&P Global Ratings, reflecting its financial strength and commitment to meeting policyholder obligations.
