The retreat, to be held between tomorrow night and Sunday, will feature the Het Heru Healing Dance presented by three members of the New York area of the Ausar Auset Church.

Queen Mother Maash-T Amm Amen said yesterday the Het Heru dance has restorative powers which helps heal through relaxation and stimulation of hormonal production.

"People must understand that you must be peaceful with the challenges that God gives us,'' Queen Mother Amen said. "God doesn't give you any more than what you can bear. Het Heru helps you relax and become peaceful to meet those challenges.'' Women will attend workshops on "Aging'', "Poetry, Art and Healing'', "Building a strong and cohesive family'' and "Keys to unlocking divine Wisdom''.

"Your body has its own healing mechanism,'' Queen Mother Amen explained.

The cost of the Women's Rejuvenation Weekend is $95 which includes vegetarian meals, accommodation, and boat transportation to and from Darrell's Island.

CASH AND BANK CARD STOLEN CRM Cash and bank card stolen Police are investigating the theft of cash and a bank card from a private car parked on Wilkinson Avenue in Hamilton Parish.

A woman reported Sunday evening that someone broke into her car between 11.30 a.m. and 12.55 p.m.

She returned to her locked car to find the back hatch door had been opened and the unknown amount of money and the bank card missing.

Police are also warning the public about a rash of cycle thefts over the weekend, with almost half a dozen disappearing from all over the Island.

Police are urging cyclists to secure their vehicles, preferably with a second lock, as the majority of the stolen cycles were only secured with the standard handlebar locks.

DRUG CHARGE CTS Drug charge Two Pembroke men appeared in Magistrates' Court on Friday on charges of possessing almost $100,000 worth of heroin with intent to supply.

Damon Simons, 22, of 32 First Avenue, and Jamel Tito Smith, 23, of 10 West Park Lane, Pembroke are accused of possession of $95,175 worth of diamorphine (heroin), with intent to supply, possession of drug equipment, and obstruction of Police.

Lawyer Elizabeth Christopher appeared on behalf of Simons and Richard Horseman for Smith.

They were both bailed in the sum of $5,000 and were ordered to surrender their travel documents.

They are to appear again for mention on October 1.

Two other people also appeared for mention in a separate heroin importation case.

Maki Hakin Bean, 22, of Shelton Road, Devonshire and Beverley Ann Pitt, 42, of Bowe Lane, Southampton were told to return for metiion on October 1.

They are charged with conspiring to import heroin with a street value of $42,000 on August 28, possession of heroin and handling the same drug.

Both are on $5000 bail and they are to surrender their travel documents.
