Residents are invited to join churches for an afternoon of prayer at Victoria Park tomorrow.

The Bermuda Intercessory Prayer Network (BIPN) has teamed with churches for the event.

Members of the public are also invited to attend the gathering, called 'Open the Gates'.

Said a BIPN spokesperson: "We have two guest pastors from Nigeria who are seasoned in ministering to nations who will also be with us. This is a unique opportunity to seek God together on behalf of our Island. Let's include our young people."

The event will be held between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Those who attend are asked to bring chairs and water.
