Dear Sir,

This morning as I started my devotions from "Our Daily Bread", the topic was "What child is this? And I thought of Mr. Obama and said to myself that many are probably asking this question and the answer is that he is a child of the King called and ordained by God.

In the book of first Peter 2:7 reads as follows "Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but who are disobedient, the stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone."

To paraphrase this, one of the people that was rejected in times past has become the Chief corner Stone in America.

Before getting out of bed and hearing the rain it reminded me of all of the fallen tears down through the years. Tears that fell and there were those that did not care and as I saw the lightening flash it brought to mind the presence of God (The light of the world Jesus Christ) and for more confirmation I heard the roll of thunder and He spoke to give a reminder that we are to wait on Him and be patient.

Because He tells us in Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you", and His Word never returns void.

I truly believe that President Obama will deliver not only trust, but integrity and honesty that will win greater confidence with the people of America.

And he reminds them over and over it is not about him, but it is about the American people working together for a greater America. But first he must redirect their thinking, to the words of the founding Fathers. Trust in the words that they built the country on and also the declaration that in God we trust. The fathers did have a connection with God even if they did some things that did not line up with the Word.

As it reads in Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way that seems right to a man, but it's end the way of death". and when we look back we can see the many that died because of selfish and ruthless ambitions, but today we see a new beginning in one of God's chosen. and the beauty of it is that he h as all of the talented gifts that will lead him.

He has integrity, honesty, character, a willing heart, a listening ear and a heart for the people of America and one of the most important things to bind it together the family, a complete circle. The circle of Love. America go forth under the new leadership of President Obama and let the world know that even a patch work community can and will be a working one that can survive under One God and one people.

May God Bless your President, his family and his staff and bind them with cords that cannot be broken by any foe.
