Jarrod Bowen has been involved in six goals for West Ham this season

Fantasy managers have some challenging weeks ahead of them as the campaign heads into its busiest point for those clubs involved in European competition.

One player who appreciates a heavy workload is West Ham United midfielder Jarrod Bowen and he is a solid suggestion for the coming months after registering six goal contributions in their first seven games.

Congratulations to September winner Katherine Moore, whose team “Moore$Mooreproblems” racked up 317 points across the month. Jay Webster and “Nil Desperandum XI” lead the overall standings with 479 total points.

Saturday

Luton Town v Tottenham Hotspur (8.30am)

Luton Town won their first Premier League game of the season at Everton last weekend before losing to fellow promoted side Burnley in midweek.

Gabriel Osho, Dan Potts, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Jordan Clark are out through injury this weekend for the Hatters, while Ross Barkley and Amari Bell are doubtful.

Spurs have picked up 17 points from their first seven games, their strongest tally at this stage of a season. Alfie Whiteman, Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Brennan Johnson, Rodrigo Bentancur, Bryan Gil and Giovani Lo Celso are out injured this weekend for the North London side.

This is the first Premier League meeting between these clubs.

Prediction: 0-4

Burnley v Chelsea (11am)

Burnley got their first win since returning to the top flight at Luton in midweek after losing at Newcastle three days earlier.

Hjalmar Ekdal, Darko Churlinov and Michael Obafemi are out to injury or illness, while Johann Berg Gudmundsson is doubtful with a muscle injury this weekend.

Chelsea recorded their first league win since August at Fulham on Monday. Marcus Bettinelli, Benoit Badiashile, Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Reece James, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku are out through injury.

Malo Gusto serves the last game of his suspension, while Moises Caicedo, Carney Chukwuemeka and Mykhailo Mudryk are doubtful this week.

Chelsea have won 11 of 16 league meetings with the Clarets, seven of those at Turf Moor.

Prediction: 0-2

Everton v Bournemouth (11am)

Everton were beaten by promoted Luton to continue their struggles at home with a fourth straight league defeat at Goodison this campaign. Seamus Coleman, Andre Gomes and Dele Alli are out through injury this week for the Toffees.

Bournemouth were smashed by Arsenal to remain winless and in the bottom three. Ryan Fredericks, Emiliano Marcondes and Alex Scott are out through injury this week, while Lloyd Kelly and Chris Mepham are doubtful.

Both clubs have won five of their 12 overall league meetings.

Prediction: 2-2

Fulham v Sheffield United (11am)

Fulham fell to defeat in the West London derby on Monday. Tosin Adarabioyo and Adama Traore are out with groin and hamstring injuries respectively, while Kenny Tete and Calvin Bassey are doubtful.

Sheffield United have just one point from their first seven games. Max Lowe, Rhys Norrington-Davies and Ben Osborn are out through injury, with John Egan and John Fleck are doubtful this week.

Fulham edge this series with two wins to Sheffield United’s one through four encounters.

Prediction: 2-0

Manchester United v Brentford (11am)

Manchester United have lost six of their first ten games in all competitions this season. Tyrell Malacia, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Sergio Reguilon, Amad Diallo and Kobbie Mainoo are out through injury this weekend for the Red Devils.

Brentford have started with just one win from their first seven matches. Rico Henry, Ben Mee, Shandon Baptiste, Mikkel Damsgaard, Josh Dasilva and Kevin Schade are out this week.

United have won three of their four contests with Brentford.

Prediction: 1-1

Crystal Palace v Nottingham Forest (1.30pm)

Crystal Palace got revenge for their League Cup loss by edging Manchester United last Saturday.

Dean Henderson, James Tomkins, Naouirou Ahamada, Jefferson Lerma, Michael Olise, Matheus Franca and Odsonne Edouard are out through injury, while Eberechi Eze is doubtful with a hamstring problem.

Nottingham Forest have also made an inconsistent start to their season. Moussa Niakhate is suspended, Danilo is out to a hamstring injury, while Nuno Tavares, Ola Aina, Ryan Yates and Nicolas Dominguez are doubtful.

Forest are unbeaten in six encounters with Palace, winning three of those.

Prediction: 1-1

Sunday

Brighton & Hove Albion v Liverpool (10am)

Brighton are still the highest scorers in the division after seven games and remain sixth after five victories.

Julio Enciso, Pascal Gross, Adam Lallana and James Milner are out through injury for the Seagulls.

Liverpool are still in the spotlight after the controversial defeat at Tottenham Hotspur, but have enjoyed a strong start to the campaign overall.

Diogo Jota and Curtis Jones are suspended and Stefan Bajcetic and Thiago Alcantara are out injured. Cody Gakpo faces a late fitness test.

Liverpool have won seven of 12 contests with Brighton.

Prediction: 2-2

West Ham United v Newcastle United (10am)

West Ham recovered from consecutive league defeats against Manchester City and Liverpool with a home win over Sheffield United last week. Aaron Cresswell is out with a hamstring injury this week.

Newcastle have won three straight league matches to climb to eighth position. Anthony Gordon is suspended owing to yellow card accumulation, while Emil Krafth, Joe Willock and Harvey Barnes are out. Late decisions will be made on Sven Botman, Joelinton, Callum Wilson and Alex Murphy.

Newcastle have won 23 of 50 meetings with West Ham.

Prediction: 2-2

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Aston Villa (10am)

Wolves surprised many last week when beating Manchester City to record their second win of the season.

New recruit Jean-Ricner Bellegarde is suspended after being sent off against Luton a few weeks ago, but the West Midlands club have no injury concerns.

Aston Villa are on a three-match winning streak, with the latest a thumping 6-1 home success over Brighton.

Tyrone Mings, Leon Bailey, Emiliano Buendia and Tim Iroegbunam are out through injury, while Alex Moreno, Boubacar Kamara and Moussa Diaby are doubtful.

Wolves edge the derby with six wins to Villa’s five through 16 meetings.

Prediction: 1-2

Arsenal v Manchester City (12.30pm)

Arsenal suffered their first defeat in all competitions in Europe in midweek.

Jurrien Timber is out with a knee injury, while Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka are doubtful with muscle injuries.

Manchester City have lost their last two domestic matches to Newcastle in the EFL Cup and Wolves in the Premier League.

Rodri is suspended and Kevin de Bruyne has a hamstring injury, while John Stones and Bernardo Silva are struggling for fitness.

Arsenal edge this rivalry with 23 wins to City’s 19 from 52 contests.

Prediction: 2-2
