Tuff Dogs 6Lock N Key 0League leaders Tuff Dogs head into the Christmas break on the back of a comfortable win over Lock N Key.Braces from Kevin Hurdle, Lamaul Crofton and Mendell Outerbridge were enough to see the side to the win and reamin on top of the Coronal League standings.BAA 3North Village 0BAA end the first half of the season with hard fought win over North Village.In an evenly contested first half of few chances it was BAA who took the lead on the stroke of half time when Peter Coleman found the back of the net from just inside the box.On sixty minutes BAA added a second through Chris Taylor who struck an unstoppable half volley from 25 yards that flew into the top corner.The scoring was complete in the 85th when Ross Nottingham found a yard of space and drilled home from twenty yards.Robin Hood 1St George’s 1Honours were shared in the match between St George’s and Robin Hood.After a scoreless first half St Georges took the lead with a breakaway goal when Del Tyrell superbly controlled a long pass and drove his effort past Hood’s Matthew Fullerton.Ben Pewter grabbed a last minute equaliser for Robin Hood to take a share of the points when his driving volley by Pewter from eight yards out was the one that managed to beat keeper Troy Hall.It could have been more for Hood but for the superbly marshaled St George’s defence by Neil Paynter and some outstanding goalkeeping by Hall.Lobster Pot 2Flanagan’s Onions 2Lobster Pot and Flanagan’s Onions fought to a draw in the final match of the first half of the season.Pot went ahead courtesy of Luis Rocha, before David Martin levelled matter for Onions.Gavin Thomason then put Onions ahead and the win seemed to be wrapped up before substitute Matthew Steede put the finishing touches to a fine sweeping move from Pot in the dying stages to leave the match all square.West End United 7Valley FC 2Hat tricks from Eugen Simmons and Martel Laws was enough to get West End United their win over Valley FC.Valley took an early two goal lead through Sekai Waldron and Anthony Webb, but United scored seven unanswered goals, Andre Outerbridge also chipping in with a goal for the winners.
