Under-17 women march on in qualifiers
Bermuda Under-17 women’s national team have advanced to the second round of the Caribbean Football Association (CFU) World Cup qualifiers.Aaron Denkins’ side, who beat Bahamas in their opening game before losing to hosts Puerto Rico, finished runners-up in their group.Bermuda defeated Bahamas 4-2 in their opening game thanks to a hat-trick from Aaliya Nolan and a goal from Eva Frazzoni.They followed up that win by losing 2-1 to Puerto Rico, with Nolan again on target for Bermuda.Under-17 squad: Micah Pond, Deshea Darrell, Eva Frazzoni, Danielle Foote, Taznae Fubler, Raven Pitcher, Victoria Davis, Raeesah Shakir, K’shaela Burch Waldron, Kali Lespere (c), Asia Denkins, Jada Samuels, Sideya Dill, Zahra Gibbons, Leah Smith, Tieyah Durham, Nasaj Burgess, Aaliyah Nolan, Dazhja Greaves, Symira Lowe
