Games off because of damaged floodlights
The Bermuda Football Association have postponed tomorrow’s Dudley Eve semi-finals because of minor damage to the floodlights at Devonshire Recreation Club during Hurricane Gonzalo.
Somerset Trojans were scheduled to take on Flanagan’s Onions at 7pm, with Dandy Town facing North Village at 9pm. Tropical Storm Fay and Gonzalo have already disrupted two weekends of matches.
Earlier this week, the BFA brought forward Friendship and Shield preliminary matches scheduled for December 7 to November 26 and 27. The Premier Division match between Onions and Somerset that was postponed on October 11 has been rescheduled for December 6, while the Premier and First Division fixtures on October 12 have been rescheduled for December 7.
The Masters Knockout Cup matches that were postponed on October 6 will now be played on January 17, pushing back the January 17 quarter-finals to March 28.
