Wolverhampton Wanderers have earned a home match against Chelsea after knocking out Liverpool.
Tottenham Hotspur have an all-London match away to Fulham, while cup holders Manchester United travel to Sky Bet Championship side Blackburn Rovers.
League One team Millwall face the winner of the replay between Leicester City and Derby County on February 8.
The matches are to be played from February 17 and 20.
