Butterfield nets for Kidderminster
Kacy Milan Butterfield opened his account to help Kidderminster Harriers earn a 2-2 draw away to Southport in the Vanarama National League North today.
The Bermuda midfielder netted a 61st-minute equaliser with a shot from outside of the area to cancel out Dion Charles’s tally right on the stroke of half-time.
Charles put the home side back in front when he struck again four minutes later after reacting first to a loose rebound, rounding the goalkeeper and tapped home.
However, Joe Ironside brought the teams level again when he converted a 73rd-minute penalty to secure a point for the visiting side.
In the same league, Bermuda midfielder Osagi Bascome came on as a 70th-minute substitute for Darlington in their 1-0 defeat away to Guiseley. Kaine Felix scored the game’s only goal in the seventeen minute.
Elsewhere, Nahki Wells and Queens Park Rangers suffered a heartbreaking 2-0 defeat away to Derby County in the Sky Bet Championship.
The visiting side appeared to have done enough to at least come away with a point. However, Derby winger Henry Wilson struck twice in added time to steer the home side to victory.
Wells, one of two changes QPR made to their starting line-up from their previous outing against Blackburn Rovers, had two attempts on goal before being replaced two minutes after Wilson broke the deadlock.

Meanwhile, Danté Leverock, the Bermuda captain, left the field in the 50th minute with a niggling injury in Sligo Rovers’ goalless draw away to Cork City in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division.
Willie Clemons, the Bodens midfielder, played the entire match in his team’s 2-0 loss away to Nykopings in Sweden’s First Division North, while his Bermuda team-mate Reggie Lambe was an unusued substitute in Cambridge United’s 2-1 defeat away to Forest Green Rovers in League Two.
