Ian Coke hit a hat-trick as Boulevard thrashed struggling Paget 8-0 at Southampton Oval, yesterday, to move ahead of BAA and into second place in the promotion race.

Boulevard scored four goals in each half with Takeyhi Walker, Taiquan Davis, Zaire Burchall, Sergio Woolridge and Jerome Bailey all adding single strikes as the Blazers stormed to an emphatic victory.

However, BAA, who trail by a point, can reclaim second place tonight when they meet Vasco in their rescheduled match at Goose Gosling Field, tonight at 8pm

In yesterday’s other match, Young Men’s Social Club kept their promotion hopes alive with a 3-1 win over St David’s at St David’s.

All the goals came in the second half, with Social Club taking the lead in the 48th minute through Jomeko Mallory before Ryan Parris doubled the lead in the 55th minute.

Iyuan Smith pulled a goal back for St David’s in the 61st minute before Shakii Pearman restored Social Club’s two goal advantage with the third in the 90th minute.

Robin Hood will play Somerset Eagles in a re-arranged Premier Division at Goose Gosling Field tomorrow at 9pm
