Eva Frazzoni, Keunna Dill and Kshaela Burch-Waldron continue to impress on the English women’s football scene.

The Bermuda trio have more than held their own playing for their respective clubs and even managed to get their names on the scoresheet, with Dill and Burch-Waldron playing in unfamiliar positions.

Frazzoni, the national women’s team captain, netted a brace in Hashtag United FC Women’s 5-0 demolition at home to Cambridge United Women in the FA Women’s National League Division 1 South East last weekend.

“I had a good game but I still have way more to give,” Frazzoni told The Royal Gazette. “So I’m pleased to get on the scoresheet but I am looking to the next game to improve even more.”

The goal was the 24-year-old’s third of the season since joining the club last month.

Unbeaten leaders Hashtag top the league standings on goal-difference over second place Norwich City Women.

“We are bonding more and more as we get going this season,” Frazzoni added. “As we bond more, our quality is going up.

“I play along some great players, we are a strong side. There are so many goalscoring threats. Every game the goals could come from any of us. We are taking each game at a time but our goal is promotion.”

Dill, who plays in the same division as Frazzoni with Chesham United FC, scored her first goal for the club in a convincing 4-0 win at home to Wymondham Town on September 4.

“This season I have had to take on a new role as the left centre-back in a back three as we have lost a lot of defenders,” Dill said.

“But being in this role has brought different parts of my game out and I was able to score my debut goal a couple of weeks ago for Chesham from that position.”

Dill’s side are eighth in the standings ahead of Cambridge City on goal difference.

Burch-Waldron, who plays for London City Lionesses Development Team in the FA Women’s National League Reserves Invitational Division, converted her first goal of the season in a 1-1 draw with West Ham United Development last weekend.

“It was definitely a hard one for me as my team is very new so we are still trying to find a rhythm,” she said. “But I am working on creating chances for myself and everyone around me and I am looking forward to the rest of the season to see how many goals I can get.

“It is very new to me as I’m not really an attacking player, so it’s a challenge for me this year to get as many goals as I can and create chances for my team.”

Burch-Waldron and her fellow team-mates are fourth in the six-team division, five points adrift of leaders Charlton Athletic Under 21, who are ahead of second-placed Southampton FC Academy.
