Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association (BLTA) president David Lambert is urging the Island’s top young players to build upon their encouraging 2010 season this year.Lambert said Bermuda’s senior national team players had continued to dominate the local circuit in 2010, while the youngsters excelled at overseas world ranking tournaments.“Our under-13 team continues to be ranked number one in the Caribbean our under-14s improved their world ranking. Our adult players excelled in the CAC Games and represented Bermuda well in Davis Cup and Fed Cup last year.“This year will offer exposure to our players with our first team the 14 and unders scheduled to travel to Santo Domingo in March.“All of our players have benefited from national training sponsored by Aspen Ltd. and we are pleased to announce that Aspen continues to be the BLTA’s sponsor for our national programmes.”
