It has proved a whirlwind week for Flora Duffy since returning to the island for the first time since storming to gold in the women's triathlon in Tokyo, rewriting history to become Bermuda's first Olympic champion.
Amid the fanfare and emotional celebrations, Duffy took a moment to sit down with The Royal Gazette for an exclusive interview to discuss her memorable homecoming, incredible journey to become an Olympic gold medal winner and what the future may hold, including the desire to defend her Olympic crown in Paris in three year’s time.
