Julian Fletcher and Lisa Blackburn came up short in the their Olympic qualifying bid at the Charlotte Grand Prix in Charlotte, North Carolina today.Fletcher placed 14th in the 100 meter breaststroke 'B' final with a time of 1:04.13 while Blackburn came eighth in the women's 100 meter breaststroke final in a time of 1:13.18 respectively.Earlier both swimmers set new national records qualifying for the 100 meter breaststroke finals.Fletcher covered the distance in 1:03.89 while Blackburn touched the wall in 1:11.7.
